NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").
Restricted Share Award (RSA)
On 1 June 2020, an award of 25,000 Shares was made under The Compass Group PLC Restricted Share Award Plan ("Plan") to Sarah Morris, Group Chief People Officer and a PDMR of the Company.
The award will vest in two equal tranches on 1 December 2021 and 1 June 2023 respectively, conditional upon the individual's satisfactory performance and continued employment as at the date of vesting and in accordance with the rules of the Plan.
The following notification has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation in respect of the above:
