Compass Group PLC confirms that Carol Arrowsmith, Non-executive director, has been appointed as a Non-executive director of Centrica plc with effect from 11 June 2020. On appointment, Carol will also join Centrica's Audit and Nominations Committees and will become Chair of Centrica's Remuneration Committee.
