Correction of ISIN and Common codes in the Final Terms under £4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (EMTN Programme)

Further to its announcement of the Final Terms on 21 June 2017 in respect of an issue of £300,000,000 2.000 per cent. Notes due 2029 by Compass Group PLC (the Company) and an issue of €750,000,000 0.625 per cent. Notes due 2024 by its wholly owned subsidiary, Compass Group International B.V. (CGI BV) guaranteed by the Company (the 21st June Announcement), due to a transposition error beyond its control, the Company is issuing the following correction to the ISIN and Common codes set out in the Final Terms under the EMTN Programme maintained by the Company and CGIBV. Terms defined in the 21st June Announcement shall have the same meaning in this announcement.

The amended ISIN and Common codes for the Notes are as follows:

For the Sterling Notes, the correct ISIN Code is XS1637093920 and the Common Code is 163709392

For the Euro Notes, the correct ISIN Code is XS1637093508 and the Common Code is 163709350

Other than as set out above, no changes have been made to the Final Terms which continue in full force and effect and any reference to "Final Terms" shall mean the Final Terms as amended. The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 31 May 2017, including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended. Full information on the Company, CGIBV and in respect of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
