CHANGES TO DIRECTORS' ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compass Group PLC announces that Ms Anne-Francoise Nesmes has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 20 July 2023. She will remain Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Corporate Responsibility, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Ms Nesmes succeeds Mr John Bryant who will remain the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit, Corporate Responsibility and Nomination Committees.
