Further to the announcement on 15 June 2018, the Company announces that the following PDMRs elected to receive ordinary shares of 50 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through the scrip dividend scheme (the "Scheme") at a price of 210.7 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares under the Scheme were issued on 2 July 2018.
