("The City Pub Group" or the "Company")
Blocklisting Application
The City Pub Group announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of 952,500 new ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to The City Pub Group plc Company Share Option Plan 2016, which has now vested.
When issued, the Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will become effective on 20 May 2019.
There is no change to the Company's issued share capital as a result of this block admission.
