Total Voting Rights

capAI plc (LSE: CAPI), in conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, announces that, as at 27 February 2026, its issued share capital comprises 421,143,063 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares"). Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of capAI. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights attributable to the Ordinary Shares is 421,143,063.

The above figure may be used by shareholders of the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
