Transaction in shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") 

 Ordinary Shares of 50p each

The Company received notification on 24 December 2015 of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares"):

· On 24 December 2015, Mr David Allvey, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,725 Ordinary Shares at a price of 373.31p per share. The transaction was carried out in London.

· On 24 December 2015, Mrs Alison Allvey, a connected person to Mr David Allvey, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,700 Ordinary Shares at a price of 376.95p per share. The transaction was carried out in London.

This announcement is made following a notification made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2R.
