Costain Group PLC, the smart infrastructure solutions company, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.
Andrew Wyllie CBE, chief executive, will review the past year in a short presentation which will not include any new material information. As previously announced, Alex Vaughan will formally join the Board as chief executive at the conclusion of the meeting and succeed Andrew Wyllie who is retiring.
It will be confirmed that current trading is in line with expectations and that the Board remains confident in the future.
