Grant of Options
Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, announces that options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 7 March 2017 to Bradley Selman, VP Global Sales & Marketing ("Options").
The Options have an exercise period of ten years from grant and have an exercise price per Option of 5.75p. The Options vest in full upon the closing middle market price per Ordinary Share exceeding 27p or EPS for the relevant financial year achieving 1p during the exercise period.
