Collagen Solutions plc (AIM: COS), the developer and manufacturer of medical grade collagen components for use in regenerative medicine, medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, announces that it was notified today that David Evans, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 185,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8.15 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, David Evans' total beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 16,188,730 Ordinary Shares representing 9.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
