Exercise of Warrants
Cora Gold Limited, the West African focused gold company, announces that on 30 September 2020 a warrantholder exercised their right to subscribe for a total of 714,285 depositary interests of no par value each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 10 pence (British pound sterling) per Ordinary Share expiring on 30 September 2020 raising a total of £71,428.50.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Admission to trading on AIM of the 714,285 depositary interests of no par value in the Company issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 06 October 2020 ('Admission').
Following Admission, the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company will be comprised of 205,382,159 Ordinary Shares of no-par value each. The above figure of 205,382,159 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Cora under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule.
