Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (AIM: COG), which specialises in development and marketing of computerised neuropsychological tests including those enabling the early detection of dementia, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 ("2015 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today.
The AGM is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 23 June 2016 at the registered office of the Company, Tunbridge Court, Tunbridge Lane, Bottisham, Cambridge, CB25 9TU.
