The neuroscience digital health company Cambridge Cognition Holdings plc, (Cambridge, UK - LSE: COG), which develops and markets software products to improve brain health, announces that Nick Kerton, Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this sale, Nick Kerton holds 22,900 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
