Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 434,364 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 171.70p, the lowest price paid was 169.05p and the average price paid was 169.7425p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 62,143,551 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,092,384,074 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
