Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1A of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, GPG announces that the total number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue as at 11 December 2012 is 1,583,210,446. 

GPG does not hold any shares in treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in GPG is therefore 1,583,210,446. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GPG.
