Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R Coats Group plc, the world's leading industrial thread manufacturer, notifies the market that on 1 January 2019 Rajiv Sharma, Group Chief Executive, will be appointed as a non-executive director of Senior plc, an international manufacturer of high technology components and systems, principally for the worldwide aerospace, defence, land vehicle and energy markets.
There are no further matters to be disclosed under LR 9.6.14R.
