Q2 2024 Industry Events Schedule

Four events planned to connect with healthcare practitioners as part of its Scientific Education Programme

CNS (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, announces the team will attend four major industry events in the coming quarter. At each of these, CNS representatives will either participate as a guest speaker or exhibit, allowing for both thought-leadership exchange and engagement with key industry practitioners.

This follows a successful series of events that took place during the first three months of the year including a webinar to BANT members on the role food IgG antibodies play in mental and cognitive health, delivered by Dr Nigel Abraham, CNS's Scientific Director, and a BANT Facebook Live presentation on food sensitivity testing in clinical practice.

Q2 2024 Events

1. Nutrition Collective Mental Health webinar

The first of the Q2 events is a Nutrition Collective Mental Health education webinar taking place virtually on 24 April 2024. Dr Nigel Abraham will be joining as a guest speaker, alongside other global experts in cognitive health: Patrick Holford, Dr Robert Lustwig and Dr David Perlmutter, and will be focused on sharing his views on how testing cortisol and DHEA levels can help inform a nutrition led approach to managing stress. This event is aimed at healthcare practitioners.

2. Integrative and Personalised Medicine Conference ("IPMC")

On the 6-8 June 2024, the CNS UK team will attend the IPMC in London and Dr Nigel Abraham will be speaking in a workshop session on 7 June on the role that food IgG antibodies play in cognitive and mental health. This event is organised in association with The College of Medicine UK and is one of the largest integrative and personalised medicine congresses in the UK, uniting healthcare professionals from across the globe. The 2023 congress welcomed more than 1,800 healthcare professionals from over 43 countries. More information can be found at:

3. IHCAN Summit

On 22 June 2024, CNS will attending the CPD accredited IHCAN Summit (https://www.ihcansummit.co.uk/), another of the UK's largest integrative health conferences and a "must-attend" for registered nutritional therapists, integrative health practitioners and complementary and alternative medicine ("CAM") professionals. This event is organised by the team behind the IHCAN Conferences and IHCAN magazine; the IHCAN Summit features the same industry-leading, innovative education, but on a larger scale. 

4. Institute for Optimum Nutrition ("ION") Industry Day

The fourth and final event taking place during the quarter is the ION Industry Day on 29 June 2024. This is an event for ION students to meet companies in functional testing and nutritional supplements and learn more about their products. The day will feature a 30-minute presentation on CNSLab.
