("Caledonian Trust" or the "Company")
Purchase of Own Securities
Caledonian Trust announces that earlier today, the Company acquired a total of 93,346 of its own ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by way of a market transaction at a price of 60p per Ordinary Share for cancellation.
Following this buy-back and cancellation, the issued share capital of the Company will be 11,783,577 Ordinary Shares. The Company has no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 11,783,577 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
