("Cenkos" or the "Company")
PDMR Dealings
Cenkos has a Deferred Bonus Scheme (the "Scheme") whereby applicable employees may be granted a restricted share award over Ordinary shares in the Company. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scheme, one third of the awards vest each year. On 7 May 2020, following the vesting of awards certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold part of their awarded shares under the Scheme to fund tax liabilities arising from the vesting under the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Schemes.
The under mentioned notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
