Board Change
The Board of Cenkos Securities plc today announces that Anthony Hotson, Chief Executive Officer, will stand down from the Board on 31 October 2018 but will remain an employee of the Company until 31 December 2018.
It is anticipated that a successor for Anthony Hotson will be announced shortly.
The Board would like to thank Anthony for his hard work and the contribution that he has made in implementing significant enhancements to the Company's internal structures to meet the Company's current and future regulatory obligations (including the Senior Managers Regime). The Company is now well placed in meeting these demands going forward and to improve our offering to our clients.
We thank Anthony for his commitment and contribution to the Company as the Chief Executive Officer and wish him well in the future.
