Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 280,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 280,000 warrants at a price of £0.08 per share. Aggregate funds of £22,400 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 March 2011. Following admission there will be 254,176,417 ordinary shares in issue.
