Capricorn announces that Maria Gordon, Chair of the board of directors of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Bank of Georgia Group PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from today.

This announcement has been made in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.9(2).
