Treasury Shares
Concurrent Technologies Plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 October it purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 102.0 pence per share and on 19 October a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company also at a price of 102.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in Treasury.
The Company now holds 471,522 Ordinary Shares as Treasury Shares out of a total issued share capital of 73,900,012 shares. Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 73,428,490. This figure of 73,428,490 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
