Total Voting Rights & Director Shareholding
Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) advises that it has transferred a total of 420,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury in order to satisfy the exercise of share options.
After this transfer, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 73,900,012 Ordinary Shares, of which 331,522 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 73,568,490.
This figure of 73,568,490 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.
A tranche of these transfers from Treasury related to the exercise by Ms Jane Annear, Managing Director, of options in respect of 400,000 Ordinary Shares at 39 pence each on 26 May 2020. In a separate transaction on 27 May 2020, Ms Annear also transferred 11,500 Ordinary Shares from her personal share dealing account to an individual savings account ("ISA") in her name as set out below.
Following completion of these transactions, Ms Annear has an interest in 2,255,096 ordinary shares, representing 3.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
