Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been notified that Mr Mark Cubitt, Chairman, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares at 110 pence on 11 September 2020.
Following completion of this transaction, Mr Cubitt has an interest in 20,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
