Notification of Transactions of Directors
On 11 July 2025 the Company granted options to employees under the Centrica Sharesave (SAYE) Scheme (the 'Scheme'). This grant of options over Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence ('Shares') under the Scheme included certain Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs).
The Company was also notified by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Company's Share Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'), that Centrica plc ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence ('Shares') have been acquired by PDMRs under the Plan.
The following notifications, made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
