The Company announces that it was notified on 17 May 2024 of the following transactions in respect of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 614/81 pence ("Shares").
The following notification, made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
Vesting of Award - Long Term Incentive Plan
Awards granted under Centrica plc's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 17 May 2021 vested today, 17 May 2024.
As reported in the Company's 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, the vesting of the award was subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions assessed over the three-year period from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022. The vesting outcome was 76% of the original award.
Following the sale of Shares to cover statutory withholding liabilities, the remaining Shares will be held for a mandatory two-year holding period.
