Share Buy Back Update

The Company announces that under the share buy back programme announced by the Company on 14 October 2016 (the "Share Buy Back"), shareholders have until 11 November 2016 to participate in the arrangement before the Share Buy Back expires.

In addition, the Company announces that, under the authority granted to the Company at its AGM held on 14 January 2016, it can purchase another 1,072,009 Ordinary Shares under the Share Buy Back.
