Catalyst Media Group PLC04 April 2007 Catalyst Media Group plc ("Catalyst" or "the Company") Result of EGM The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution put to the shareholdersof the Company at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held today,Wednesday, 4 April 2007, was duly passed. The resolution was in relation to,inter alia, the Capital Reorganisation and to effect the Placing and Open Offerannounced by the Company on 12 March 2007. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the2,100,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected thatAdmission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shareswill commence on 5 April 2007.
