The total number of voting rights in Communisis plc is therefore 194,494,192(the "Voting Rights Figure"). The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirvoting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under theFCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
