Board change
The Board of marketing services provider Communisis plc, (LSE: CMS), is pleased to announce that Nigel Howes, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be joining the Executive Management team as Strategic Planning & Development Director with effect from 13 September 2010.
Chief Executive Andy Blundell commented: "Nigel's advice and experience has been invaluable in recent years, particularly in respect of our new identity and business development activity. We are delighted that he has agreed to lend his full time expertise to the business, specifically to aid our growth strategy for the years ahead."
The Board of Communisis also confirms that it has begun a search process to identify a new Non-Executive Director.
