Board Appointment
Helen Keays appointed Non-Executive Director
Leading provider of personalised customer communication services, Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), announces today the appointment of Helen Keays, as Non-Executive Director effective 1 August 2014.
Helen has considerable marketing and consumer communications experience across a number of sectors including retail, telecommunications and financial services having held executive management positions within Vodafone plc, Sears plc and GE Capital.
She is currently a non-executive director of Majestic Wine plc and Domino's Pizza Group plc, and was previously a non-executive director of Mattioli Woods plc.
There are no other disclosures to be made under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in respect of Helen Keays.
