Communisis PLC01 May 2008 1 May 2008 Communisis plc ("Communisis" or the "Company") Board Appointment Communisis plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Blaxill, theCompany's Managing Director, Major Accounts, to its Board of Directors (the "Board") as an Executive Director. Alistair joins the Board with immediateeffect. Alistair joined Communisis in March 2007 from Hewlett Packard and hasresponsibility for many of Communisis' major client relationships. During histime at Hewlett Packard, Alistair was Director of Technology Services for the UKand Ireland, responsible for the delivery of all IT services to HewlettPackard's corporate and enterprise customers, worth about £600m per annum. Prior to this, Alistair was a Managing Director and member of the OperationalBoard at IT Managed Services firm, Synstar plc, between 2003 and 2004 and alsoUK Managing Director at XKO Group plc from 2000 until 2003. There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of theListing Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
