Block Listing Application

Communisis plc (LSE: CMS), a leading provider of integrated marketing services, announces that a block listing application has been made for 6,440,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary Shares will be issued in respect of the Communisis plc Sharesave Scheme and Communisis plc 2007 and 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. When issued the Ordinary Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

The Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 2 November 2018.
