Ruffer LLP controls the voting rights over 812,500 shares (now less than 5% of the voting rights) of CML Microsystems Plc, which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This change from 5% to less than 5% is due to the issue of 774,181 new ordinary shares on 01 August 2016. The total number of ordinary shares in issue in CML Microsystems Plc is now 16,980,718.
