CML Microsystems Plc (the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 2 August 2012, the Company was notified that Mr Nigel Clark, Finance Director and Company Secretary, exercised options over 58,140 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 86p. Additionally he sold 58,140 Ordinary Shares at 300p. The majority of the proceeds will settle tax liabilities in relation to the exercise of options. Following these transactions he and his wife hold 90,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5676% of the newly increased issued share capital.
