NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 29 March 2012, the Company was notified that the following directors made the following transactions in relation to ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company:

Mr G W Gurry (Chairman) and wife sold in total 7,993 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at £2.75. Following these transactions he and his wife hold 2,671,869 ordinary shares of 5 pence each representing 16.95% of the issued share capital.

Mr C A Gurry (Managing Director) and wife sold in total 10,530 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at £2.75. Following these transactions he and his wife hold 822,874 ordinary shares of 5 pence each representing 5.22% of the issued share capital.

Mr N G Clark's (Finance Director) wife sold in total 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at £2.75. Following these transactions he and his wife hold 90,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each representing 0.57% of the issued share capital.
