Director Shareholding
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, was today notified that the Company's Chief Executive Tim Hair has sold 71,439 ordinary shares (representing 0.90% of the issued share capital) at 142p per share and repurchased 71,439 shares through his SIPP, Alpha Trustees Ltd, at 142.05p.
Following this transaction Mr Hair remains interested in 134,508 ordinary shares representing 1.69% of the issued share capital.
