The Company was informed on 24 February 2009 that, on 12 January 2009, Lonrho Plc acquired 200,000 shares in the Company, taking its total interest to 7,840,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents an approximate 21.51 per cent.Β holding in the Company's total issued share capital of 36,450,000 ordinary shares.Β
The Company was further informed on 24 February 2009, that on 13 January 2009, Lonrho Plc acquired 1,000,000 shares in the Company, taking its total interest to 8,840,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents an approximate 24.25 per cent. holding in the Company's total issued share capital.
