Directorate Changes

Cambria announces that, in accordance with the Shareholder Circular date 26 March 2015, Messrs Itai Mazaiwana and Fred Jones will be stepping down from their current positions as non-executive directors of the Company, effective from today.

The Company takes this opportunity to thank Messrs Itai Mazaiwana and Fred Jones who have made a valuable contribution to the Company during their tenure.

The board will now comprise of Messrs Ian Perkins, Edzo Wisman and Paul Turner.
