Directors' DealingΒ
LonZim Plc (AIM: LZM),Β wishes to advise that David Lenigas, Executive Chairman, informed the CompanyΒ todayΒ that on 28 MayΒ 2009Β he purchased 50,000 ordinary sharesΒ in the CompanyΒ at a price of 31Β pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr Lenigas hasΒ an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.69Β per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
Geoffrey White, Director and Chief Executive Officer, also informed the CompanyΒ toadyΒ that on 28 MayΒ 2009Β he purchased 50,000 ordinary sharesΒ in the CompanyΒ at a price of 31 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr WhiteΒ hasΒ an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.41 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
