Directors' DealingĀ
LonZim Plc (AIM: LZM),Ā wishes to advise that David Lenigas, Executive Chairman, informed the CompanyĀ todayĀ that on 28 MayĀ 2009Ā he purchased 50,000 ordinary sharesĀ in the CompanyĀ at a price of 31Ā pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr Lenigas hasĀ an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.69Ā per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
Geoffrey White, Director and Chief Executive Officer, also informed the CompanyĀ toadyĀ that on 28 MayĀ 2009Ā he purchased 50,000 ordinary sharesĀ in the CompanyĀ at a price of 31 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr WhiteĀ hasĀ an interest in 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.41 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
