The Company is pleased to announce that further to the recently announced director changes the following board roles have been agreed.

Paul Turner has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, whilst Samir Shasha and Josie Watenphul become Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer respectively.
