Result of AGM

Calnex Solutions plc (AIM: CLX), an established provider of test and measurement solutions for the global telecommunications sector, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

Final results of proxy appointments received for the AGM in advance of the meeting are set out below:

As announced on 14 June 2022, Stephen Davidson today succeeds George Elliott as Non-executive Chairman. Stephen joined the Board of Calnex in January 2022 and has worked closely with George to ensure an effective transition. The Board would like to thank George Elliott for his leadership and contribution to Calnex over his nine-year tenure.
