PDMR Shareholdings
ClearStar (AIM: CLSU and CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that on 2 June 2017, Todd Shoulberg, EVP, Medical Information Services and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 16,500 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Shoulberg holds 56,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
