UPDATE ON RELEASE OF AUDITED FINAL RESULTS
Brainspark, the AIM listed international investment company, advises shareholders that its auditor, Welbeck Associates, expects to complete the audit of the final results to 31 December 2011, before the end of October. Further, the Company's interim result for the period ended 30 June 2012, are expected to be announced at the same time.
The Company will then seek AIM's permission to lift the suspension of its shares and have them re-admitted to trading.
Finally, the Company has received indications from potential investors that once the shares are re-admitted to trading, it will be able to raise further funding to continue to grow its business and support its investments.
The Directors apologise for this continued delay and are putting in place measures to prevent this happening in the future.
