DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Clear Leisure, the AIM traded (AIM: CLP) specialist investment company, announces that Mr Enrico Petocchi and Mr Dominic White have both resigned as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect to concentrate on their other business activities.
