Annual accounts and suspension

The Board of Brainspark announces that the Company will not be in a position to publish its annual audited accounts (the "Accounts"), for the year ended 31 December 2011, by 30 June 2012 as required by the AIM rules, as part of the supporting documentation for the audit process needs to be finalised and officially translated in English.

In accordance with the AIM Rules, trading in the Company's ordinary shares will be suspended from 14.30 today, pending publication of the annual audited accounts which the Brainspark board believes it will be in a position to achieve by the end of July.

Brainspark, however, intends to release its unaudited preliminary results by the end of this week and provide shareholders with a further update in due course. However, the AIM securities will remain suspended pending publication of the audited accounts.
