Cello Group plc09 July 2007 Cello Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notifythe market of the following: The Company's issued capital consists of 36,436,919 ordinary shares of 10p each("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury atthe date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in theCompany is therefore 36,436,919.
