Director's dealing
The Company was notified on 3 October 2011 that on that day Paul Walton, a director of the Company, transferred 1,769,227 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which were held in his own name, into his self-invested personal pension at a price of 33.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Paul Walton's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
